The show is recommended for ages 8 years and over.

Ticketmaster is the only authorised ticket seller for Sydney Lyric Theatre. This includes purchases of special seats and packages such as Lyric Deluxe and Royal Box Packages.

Customers are strongly encouraged to avoid buying tickets through unauthorised third-party websites that sell secondary tickets, as there is no guarantee the tickets will be valid for entry at the venue.

This includes unauthorised re-sellers such as Viagogo, Ticketbis, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia, Queen of Tickets, or similar.

In NSW, it is an offence to resell a ticket for more than its original cost, plus 10 per cent. Sydney Lyric Theatre is under no obligation to honour tickets which are deemed invalid for any reason, and you may be refused entry.

WHEELCHAIR AND TRANSFER SEATING

Wheelchair seating is located in Stalls P or Q. Patrons who wish to remain in a wheelchair can be seated in row P. Patrons transferring from a wheelchair can be seated in row Q (with one low step to navigate). There is also a removable seat located in Foundation Suite Seating that is an option for some wheelchair users.

LIMITED MOBILITY OR TROUBLE WITH STAIRS

If you have trouble negotiating stairs, please book your seats in the Stalls. Ramp access is available via Doors 13 & 18 (Stalls Row P). There are shallow stairs to navigate if you book tickets outside of these rows, however the closer you are to these rows, the less stairs will be encountered. See our Stalls seating map here

Wheelchair and attendant seating can be purchased online, wheelchair suitable areas are indicated on the interactive map with the use of the wheelchair symbol.

Patrons that require companion card or have other accessible requirements can follow the steps here. Companion cards tickets are only available for collection from the box office and will be issued upon presentation of the valid companion card.

As with all ticket purchases, we recommend that you check/confirm dates and times of the performance you intend to purchase before completing the checkout on Ticketmaster as we cannot exchange or refund tickets once they are confirmed.

There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets once they are purchased if you change your mind or for personal reasons.

Patrons arriving late will not be admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance which may not be until the first interval. Latecomers may not be seated in their ticketed seat, but in an alternate area nearer an entrance where minimal disruption will be caused to seated attendees. This is at the discretion of the venue staff.

Photography, video, and sound recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited during the performance.
