ARCADE FIRE
BIG DAY OUT 2014 SIDESHOWS ANNOUNCED!
“Reflektor is closer to turning-point classics such as U2's Achtung Baby and Radiohead's Kid A – a thrilling act of risk and renewal by a band with established commercial appeal and a greater fear of the average, of merely being liked.” – Rolling Stone
Big Day Out 2014 headliners ARCADE FIRE will be performing two very special sideshows in Sydney and Melbourne this January.
ARCADE FIRE, having just released their fourth studio album Reflektor, have spent the better part of this year under a shroud of mystery, performing pop-up shows around the world as The Reflektors.
Three years since their Grammy Award winning Album of the Year The Suburbs, ARCADE FIRE have been making waves with Reflektor debuting at the top of both the US and UK album charts.
“They've given us something in the present tense that, these days, feels depressingly unfashionable: An Event—an album that dares to be great, and remarkably succeeds.” – Pitchfork
You don’t want to miss out on ARCADE FIRE’s ethereal performances during Big Day Out this Summer.
