The BCEC is made up of 3 main floors: Main foyer level: The dominant feature of the spacious main foyer is a Spectacular terrazzo floor mural by leading Australian artist, John Olsen. Escalators, elevators, and stairs service the Mezzanine and plaza levels of the centre from the main foyer. The great hall is at the centre of the venue.
