Located on Campbell Street between George Street and Pitt Street in Haymarket. Please note - Campbell Street is a one way street from Pitt Street west to George Street.

Parking:

There is little street parking in the vicinity of the Capitol Theatre. There are, however, several carparks in the area including Wilsons Carpark, Goulburn Carpark and the Capitol Square Car Park.

For patrons with disabilities, the closest carpark is the Capitol Square Car Park which is next to the Capitol Theatre. For bookings and information, please call 02-9211 9421.

PLEASE NOTE: There are charges for parking in the Capitol Square Carpark.

Public Transportation:

TRAIN

Nearest Station is Central Station. Patrons can then walk to the Capitol (5 minutes) or take the light rail.

BUS

Numerous buses run along George Street. Patrons should alight at Campbell Street (Chinatown).

TRAM

Light rail is available from Central or Harold Park.

MONORAIL

Closest station is World Square Station in Chinatown.

FERRY

To Circular Quay and then bus down George Street or

To Darling Harbour and short walk.

Accessible Seating:

There are a limited number of wheelchair spaces in the theatre. These are situated to the rear of the stalls. Bookings should be made directly with the Box Office on 02-9320 5000 to ensure the staff are available to assist you upon arrival for the performance of your choice.

A hearing assistance system for people using a hearing aid with a "T" switch is available in certain areas of the Theatre (subject to seat availability).
