In an epic and audacious new work imagined from the minds of Milk Crate Theatre's unique Ensemble (people who have experienced homelessness and societal marginalisation) in collaboration with leading arts practitioners comes an original theatrical offering that dares to investigate the many portals of loneliness, the last taboo of the 21st century. This world, distilled by composer Daryl Wallis, chanteuse Christa Hughes and playwright Mirra Todd, is inhabited by twelve distinct characters that all flinch at a specific point in their lives: a natural response to pain or something frightening or shocking; but in that moment each life is unexpectedly hurled off its normal path into an emotional abyss. Fearless begins at this juncture. Redemption, recovery or release are all options but an inch from each person's grasp, all it will take is uncompromising fearlessness, and a leap into the unknown.
