John Oliver, host of the hit US show ‘Last Week Tonight with John Oliver’ is bringing his cutting-edge political stand-up show to Australia for the very first time!

Oliver first came to prominence as an insightful political stand-up in the UK. He is also best known for his work as guest host and correspondent on the multi award-winning ‘The Daily Show with Jon Stewart’ and for co-writing and presenting the hugely popular weekly satirical podcast ‘The Bugle’, with long-time collaborator Andy Zaltzman. He also has a regular guest role on NBC’s sitcom ‘Community’, and has appeared in ‘The Simpsons’ as Marge and Homer’s next-door neighbour, Booth Wilkes-John.
