Please note the dispatch of all Them Crooked Vultures tickets, whether purchased online, via phone or at outlets, will be delayed until Monday 7th December 2009. This also applies to Ticketfast delivery, which will not be activated until that date. Patrons purchasing tickets via internet or phone will be issued with standard confirmation details; those purchased via outlets will be issued with a preliminary receipt as proof of purchase for their tickets only. The ticket purchaser must present this receipt along with matching photo I.D. at a Ticketmaster outlet after the 7th of December or the venue box office, to exchange for the show tickets.

If a fan has purchased tickets and subsequently changed their address they will need to ensure they update their details with the relevant ticketing agency (see frontiertouring.com for details) before Friday 20 November, 2009.
