If you select to have your tickets mailed via express post, Ticketmaster will normally mail these within 2 business days of the booking.

Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets will only be replaced according to the promoter of each event's policy. This applies to tickets which do not arrive in the mail.

Tickets sent by normal mail or express delivery cannot be traced and no responsibility will be taken for tickets sent by these methods. To safeguard your tickets, you may choose to select Registered Post or Venue Pickup options available.

Tickets usually arrive within 5 - 7 days of posting.
