Registered Post
If you selected to have your tickets mailed by Registered Post, Ticketmaster will mail these within 2 business days of the booking.
Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets will only be replaced according to the promoter of each event's policy.
Under Australia Post rules, you will need to allow 14 days delivery time for this method. When collecting tickets sent by Registered Post from the Post Office, a signature and identification will be required.
Mailing of tickets sent by this option will stop 14 days out from the event date. Alternatively, your tickets may be collected as a Venue Pickup.
