A. It's fast, simple and convenient! Here's how it works:

Purchase your ticket(s). - Print
We'll email you a link to your ticket(s). To access your ticket(s) simply log into your My Ticketmaster account.
To print your tickets, click the View & Print Button o nthe My Order Detail page. All you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher (available free).
- Enjoy
At the venue, your tickets will be scanned at the gate for entry into the event. Enjoy!
Q. Are there benefits to choosing TicketFast®?
A. Yes! Convenience.
- You get your tickets right away, without waiting in will call lines or for mail delivery.
- You print them out anytime. No more worrying about misplacing your tickets!
- You can forward them to others attending the event so they can print their own tickets and meet you at your seats.
Q. Which email from Ticketmaster contains my TicketFast® tickets?
A. You will recieve one confirmation email with a link to your ticket(s).
Your TicketFast® tickets will be available for web pickup by logging into your My Ticketmaster account on Ticketmaster.com.au
Q. Do I need any special hardware or software to use TicketFast®?
A. You probably already have everything you need. All you need are:
- Printer - Any ink-jet or laser printer (color or black & white) with a resolution of 300 dpi or more is able to print TicketFast® tickets. Use 8.5" x 11" size plain white paper for best results. (If you're unsure of your printer's resolution/dpi, check the printer manual.).
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher. If you do not have it, download it now for free.
Q. Will this ticket be accepted for entry into the event?
A. Yes!
The ticket that is printed through your printer is a valid, legitimate ticket. Make sure you keep it in a safe place like you would cash, and protect it just like you would any other ticket! Click here to see what your printed TicketFast® ticket should look like.
Q. What if I print more than one copy of my ticket or a photocopy is made?
A. Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be allowed entry.
Make sure you keep the printed ticket in a safe place like you would cash, and protect it just like you would any other ticket! If more than one copy were to arrive, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned. If there is a dispute, the purchaser's name and the last four-digits of the credit card used to make the purchase is on each ticket.
Q. Why isn't TicketFast® available for all events?
A. Only venues with the appropriate scanning equipment can offer TicketFast®.
We are working on increasing venue and event participation, and availability is increasing every day.
Q. What if I cannot print my tickets?
A. Check to make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 (Free) or higher.
- Make sure your printer is on and the cables are connected to your computer.
- Make sure your computer has enough memory available; try closing any unnecessary programs.

Q. What if I get disconnected or experience other problems?
A. Choose one that applies to you:
I still haven't received my tickets yet.
- Go to your Ticketmaster Account and check your order.
- If your order is not on file, contact us for help.
Q. What if I do not receive my confirmation email?
A.If you do not recieve your confirmation email, please contact us so we can help you with order.
While your confirmatio email contains the link to access your ticket(s), you can also access them by simply logging into your My Ticketmaster account.
Q. What if my tickets are stolen?
A. Contact us and we will help you with your order.
Q. What if the background for my tickets prints, but not the ticket information (i.e. event, seats)?
A. Try this:
- Open the .pdf file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Select "File," then "Print" from the top menu.
- In the printer window, check the box that states "Print As Image," then click "Okay."
- Still unable to print? Contact us for help.
Q. I use Outlook Express and I get a message that states: OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail: 1-23456/LA1.pdf. How do I open it?
A. Alter your security settings. The following instructions are for Outlook Express.
- In Outlook Express, choose "Tools" then select "Options" and click on the "Security tab."
- In the "Options" window, look for a statement that reads "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus," uncheck this option and click "Apply."

*Wording and placement may vary depending on your operating system.
- Go back to your email and you will now be able to open the attachment.
- If you want to keep this security option on for future emails, simply re-check the option after you have printed the tickets.

Q. Is TicketFast® only available for online orders?
A. If available for the event, you can select TicketFast® for online orders.

Q. If I order multiple tickets to the same event, how many emails will I get?
A. You will receive one confirmation email with a link to access your tickets.
Simply log into your My Ticketmaster account and click the View & Print button on your Order Detail page. All tickets will be contained in the same PDF file with one ticket per page.
Q. If I order multiple tickets for multiple events, how many emails will I get?
A. You will receive one confirmation email with a link to access your tickets for each transaction.
Simply log into your My Ticketmaster account and click the View & Print button on your Order Detail page. Each event will have it's own View & Print button.
Q. If I purchase parking together with my tickets, how many emails will I get?
A. You will receive one confirmation email with a link to access your tickets.
Simply log into your My Ticketmaster account and click the View & Print button on your Order Detail page. There will be two View & Print buttons -- one for the game and one for the parking.
