Street parking is available around the theatre, or patrons may use the car park situated behind the theatre, entry via Lower Esplanade.
Disabled parking is available at the front of the theatre.

Tram No. 16 and light rail No. 96 run past the Theatre.
The theatre is close to a taxi rank.

Wheelchair allocations are available through Ticketmaster.
Children Rules
Babes in arms are not permitted into the theatre unless they hold a valid ticket for that performance. The exception being a designated children's performance
Miscellaneous
There will be one temporary unisex disabled toilet installed from the 31st July. This will be located behind the Palais Theatre fire escape just to the side of the theatre.
Please note that access is only attainable by obtaining a key from a staff member.
