For customers in a wheelchair, enter at Carpark 3, go to Gate 3 Paynes Road for roped off wheelchair / disabled area located trackside southern end of pit lane towards turn 1.

Shuttle buses will operate from Ipswich Railway Station on Sunday only. Contact Translink on 13 12 30, or vist their website at www.translink.com.au, for timetables.
Box Office Numbers:
V8 Race Experience----------------------
Tickets will not be available to collect from the venue - they must be collected in advance. There will be no box office at the venue for V8 Experience tickets. Customers are to contact Queensland Raceway on (07) 5461 9100 to arrange a date and time for their V8 Race Experience.
V8 Supercar Championship

V8 ticket sales at the main gate. Dedicated pre-paid collect window will be in operation for phone/internet bookings that cannot be posted or collected beforehand (it is strongly recommended patrons collect their tickets before attending the event to avoid queues). Please check for signage on the day. Have your booking reference number, credit card and photo ID ready for signature and verification on collection. No refunds or exchanges. General Admission tickets will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

Box office will be available for sales each day from approximately 8am.
Types of Payment Accepted:
V8 Supercar Championship Corporate Club - no sales at the gates. For the V8 Supercar Championship general admission tickets, cash and credit card sales only. No EFTPOS available at the box office and there is no ATM facility in the venue - closest ATM is a service station 2km down the road.Accessible Seating:

No alcohol, weapons, structures, umbrellas, pets, eskies , chairs, blankets or glass allowed into the marquee.
V8 Supercar Championship - other areas
----------------------------------------------
No alcohol, weapons, structures, umbrellas, pets, or glass allowed through gates. Chairs, blankets and small personal eskies are allowed (except no chairs can be taken into the Grandstand area).
V8 Experience

Alcohol is not permitted. And patrons must hold a minimum of a P-Plate drivers' license to take part.

Children 12 years and under are free if accompanied by an adult IN GENERAL ADMISSION AREAS ONLY. All patrons entering the Grandstand areas must hold a valid Grandstand ticket.
