From Pacific highway take Exit 77 and travel East along Gooding Drive. From Robina Parkway travel west on Boowaggan Road.

Parking:

There is VERY LIMITED or NO PARKING at the venue.

Please check the V Festival website regularly for full transport info (go to vfestival.com.au). There is no parking permitted in the surrounding area or residential streets. V Festival will once again operate a designated Park and Ride service at Carrara (opposite Gold Coast Stadium). Fee for the use of the facility includes shuttle to and from the event. Special Tow Away and Clearway zones will be in place throughout surrounding areas and enforced. Traffic Controllers will also be providing access to local traffic only.

Public Transportation:

Nearest train station is Robina Passenger Railway Station - Bayberry Lane, Robina. Contact Translink on 13 12 30 or visit www.transinfo.qld.gov.au.

Box Office Hours:

Exact box office hours will be confirmed closer to the event date/s, but is expected to be open from 1.5-2 hours prior to gate opening time.

Types of Payment Accepted:

Box office accepts cash and credit card payments. All credit cards accepted. EFTPOS is not accepted.

Venue Pickup:

Venue Collections will be allowed from approximately 1.5-2 hours prior to gate opening time. However, it is strongly recommended you collect your tickets prior to attending the event - tickets can be collected from 24 hours after purchase from any Ticketmaster outlet up to as late as 48 hours prior to the event (after which time they will be available from the venue on the event day). The credit card holder must collect the tickets.

Ticket sales will be available subject to availability.

Accessible Seating:

This event is wheelchair accessible. As it is general admission, patrons simply book their tickets through Ticketmaster (outlets, internet site and call centre are all fine).

The promoter is working hard to ensure that access is as easy as possible for festival fans requiring assistance to access the site, including the provision of facilities for the mobility impaired to aid enjoyment of the event. Check the V Festival website closer to the event for details.

* A barcode access control system will be in place at this venue and patrons without a valid ticket will be denied entry.
* Tickets purchased through unauthorized points of sale may be cancelled or denied admission without refund, at the discretion of the promoter.
* Tickets lost or stolen may not be replaced.
* This is a General admission event. Under the Civil Liabilities Act 2002, General Admission Crowds may cause Recreational Risks. Patrons must assess their own risk on entry.
* All patrons must have a valid ticket or other authorisation to enter the event.
* The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any personal loss, injury or damages encountered entering or within the event.
* Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
* The right of admission is reserved

Children Rules:

The festival is strictly Over 18's only. Current photo ID will be required upon entry.
