Parking:

FREE parking is available at the corner of Labouchere & Richardson Roads (carpark is ticketed during business hours).
PAID parking is available off Mill Point Road and just north of the main entrance on Labouchere Road.
DISABILITY parking is available at the small Zoo car park adjacent to the Zoo entry on Labouchere Road and in the Mill Point Road car park. Both are a short, flat distance from the Zoo's entry.

Please be aware that crowd and vehicle numbers can be very high for popular events.

TICKET SALES
Tickets will be available for sale on the night of each concert subject to availability.
TICKET COLLECTIONS
Patrons who have chosen venue collection as their delivery method can collect their tickets from the Zoo's main entrance from gate opening time.


Accessible Seating:

Please purchase a general admission ticket.

For PERTH ZOO EVENTS: an area of the lawn is reserved for wheelchair patrons. Wheelchairs are available to hire from the Zoo however they MUST be pre booked. To pre-book please contact the Zoo entrance staff on (08) 9474 0343.

General Rules:

Perth Zoo’s ticketed events have a limited capacity therefore it is strongly recommended that tickets are pre-purchased to avoid disappointment.
To ensure the safety of patrons and animals, Perth Zoo reserves the right to limit or decline general Zoo entry for any Zoo event at any time, once capacity is reached. This does not apply to pre-purchased tickets.


Children Rules:

Patrons under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian as Perth Zoo events are licensed.
All children are required to obtain a ticket in order to attend an event at the Zoo. Please refer to the children’s policy specific to each event for further information.


Miscellaneous:

The animals will generally be on display for a limited time for most Perth Zoo events . Please refer to the specific information for each event for further details.

REFUND POLICY
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
No refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
WE PLAY RAIN, HAIL OR SHINE.

OPENING HOURS
Perth Zoo is open every day of the year, including all public holidays. Normal opening hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm unless otherwise specified. The Zoo will close at 4:00pm on 31 December prior to Happy Zoo Year.

THE FOLLOWING POLICIES APPLY TO THE AL GREEN CONCERT ONLY:
NO Zoo animal exhibits will be on display at this event.
Perth Zoo is a non-smoking venue.

The following items are strictly prohibited for the Al Green concert:

- Alcohol
- Glass
- Large eskies
- Professional photograpy or videography equipment
- Umbrellas
- Animals (including guide dogs)
- Unsealed plastic containers of water/soft drink
- Sharp metal cutlery
- Any dangerous items or weapons
- Illegal items eg. drugs

The following items are allowed for the Al Green concert:

- Unopened cans of soft drink
- Sealed plastic bottles of water/ soft drink
- Food
- Plastic cutlery
- Picnic rugs and low chairs
- Deck chairs (will be positioned at the back of the grassed area)
- Small eskies
- Hot liquids/Thermos

Food and drinks available for purchase.

THE FOLLOWING POLICIES APPLY TO PERTH ZOO EVENTS ONLY

ALCOHOL POLICY
The consumption of alcohol is restricted to the lawn area. The Zoo is a family venue and visitors consuming alcohol are asked to respect this. Park Management Officers (Zoo Security) have the authority to remove anyone deemed to behave inappropriately.
Patrons are permitted to BYO alcohol in small quantities for personal consumption only. Alcohol is available for purchase from the venue and visitors wishing to consume alcohol are encouraged to make use of this service.

SMOKING POLICY
For the comfort and safety of Perth Zoo’s visitors, animals and staff, smoking is restricted in many parts of the Zoo. Look for the symbols to guide you.
Smoking is not permitted on the lawn area during any of the Zoo’s concert events.

BYO BLANKET & CHAIRS
For the enjoyment and comfort of all event patrons, please note that the front of the lawn will be allocated for blankets only, the middle section for patrons bringing low-level chairs (without high backs), while patrons with regular chairs will be allocated a space at the rear of the lawn.
Areas of the lawn can not be reserved at any event.

STROLLERS, WAGONS & WHEELCHAIRS
Wheelchairs, strollers, wagons and electric scooters will not be available at special events.

DANCE AREA
There is a dance area on the lawn in front of the stage for all concert events. If sitting close to the stage, please be aware that this dance area can get crowded and may obstruct your view of the performance.

CATERING
Food outlets will be open for all Zoo events.
Gourmet picnic hampers are available from Mustard Catering. Hampers MUST be pre booked at least 5 days prior to the event and are available for collection on the evening of the event. Contact Mustard Catering on (08) 9367 6331.
