Public car parking is available behind the Eastern stand and accessed via Golf Links Drive. The car park is open 1 hour prior to gates open and costs $10 for Western and $7 for Northern and Eastern car parks.

Sunbus operate four basic routes to Dairy Farmers Stadium on North Queensland Toyota Cowboys match day. These routes cove the majority of the Townsville/Thuringowa area. For more information on schedules and timetables please contact the Sunbus website at www.sunbus.com.au . Buses drop patrons to the Northern end of Dairy farmers Stadium. A shuttle bus service (as per a cowboys) is yet to be confirmed. A taxi rank and drop off zone is located at the Northern end of the stadium.

Ticketing access is available via all venue entrances, which are situated on all sides of Dairy farmers Stadium. Entrance to all car parking areas at Dairy Farmers Stadium is off Golf Links Drive.

Ticket sales at the ground on game day will start from 1pm from the Western gate box office. All other box offices will be open from gate opening time 4:30pm. Rebel Sport Townsville is selling tickets to the Qld Reds v Highlanders Super 14 game Fri 12th May. Ticket sales and pre-paid phone/internet collects to this event only are available from this store in Stockland Mall, Ross River Road Aitkenvale. Hours of business Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm. The store will cease to be a ticket outlet from 5pm Friday 12th May.

Box office for Cash and Credit Cards. ATM Facilities are available from the Bundy Bar, which is situated under the Western Grandstand. Access to this facility is available to all patrons from gates opening.

Disabled seating is available in the Western Grandstand, behind the Eastern Upper Terrace. Disabled seating is also available is also available in the general admission area in front both the Southern and Northern Grandstands. A ramp is located at the Eastern gate to allow easy wheelchair access to the Northern, Southern and Eastern Stands while lifts are located in the Western Grandstand for access to the upper levels. All stadium walkways are paved.

Children under 3 years are free provided they do not take up a seat. For safety and capacity issues, prams and strollers will not be permitted access into Dairy Farmers Stadium. All prams brought into the venue will be "Cloaked" at the gate at which the person gained entry and will be available for collection on exit of the venue.

In accordance with Queensland Government policy, Dairy Farmers Stadium along with all Major Sports Facility Authority venues in Queensland are non smoking from January 1, 2005. A pass out policy is in place allowing spectators to exit the venue and return. There are two blue public payphones at Dairy Farmers Stadium. One is located on the XXXX bar next to the reception area for corporate guests and Western Stand ticket holders. The other phone is located in the Bundy Bar on the ground level of the Western Grandstand and is available to all patrons from the gates opening. The stadium has five merchandise facilities available onsite. One is located on the northern side of the venue, adjacent to the northern ticket box and entry point, the other is located adjacent to the Southern turnstile entry, third is located near the Administration block at the southern end behind the Western Grandstand. Fourth is located northern end of the Western Grandstand and the fifth location is still to be confirmed. EFTPOS services are available from the north and south outlets however a strict "no cash out" policy is in place.
