Pram sessions are available every second Friday of the month from 10:00am. Capacities are reduced for these sessions to allow for the extra space and a ‘Adult and Pram’ ticket will need to be purchased if a pram will be brought in.

About
BBC Earth Experience - Exclusive to Melbourne
Travel the natural world and journey across the seven continents in one epic experience narrated by David Attenborough.
This immersive exhibition brings together state of the art audio visual technology and breathtaking footage from BBC Studios Seven Worlds, One Planet on an unrivalled scale.
From fireflies putting on a spectacular light show in North America, to snub nosed monkeys huddling together to stay warm in Asia, and cassowary fathers protecting their tiny chicks in Australia, visitors will get to experience our seven continents in all their glory, like never before.
The BBC EARTH EXPERIENCE is not to be missed.
The BBC Earth Experience will be temporarily closed from 29th February to 7th March due the MCEC hosting the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit.
We will reopen on 8th March and look forward to welcoming you then.

Prams can be taken in to the designated Parents and Pram Sessions.
For the comfort and safety of all our visitors, unfortunately prams are not permitted within the general sessions of the experience. We do offer a convenient cloaking facility where you can securely store your pram while enjoying the experience. The cloakroom is located next to the Customer Service desk in the main foyer. Please look out for the "BBC Earth Experience Cloakroom" signage to guide you.
The closest parking is at the South Wharf Retail DFO car park. We suggest you use 142 Normanby Street entry point for ease of access to this multi-level car park.
If you have pre-purchased discount parking, your voucher is a separate QR code in your Ticketmaster Account. Use this QR code to scan at the Car Park entry and exit boom gates. Check you are scanning the parking voucher, not your entry ticket. You do not need to enlarge the code and ensure your phone brightness is turned up.Tickets are on sale to the general public at 1pm (AEST) on Thursday 7 September 2023.
The experience takes around 1 hour however you are welcome to stay as long as you like to explore.
