Entry to Sydney Zoo Christmas Animal Kingdom is not included in your membership as it is a special event with attractions that can't be experienced at Sydney Zoo during the day. For Sydney Zoo Members and Unlimited Pass holders there will be a $15 upgrade fee for the 9am session. All other tickets need to be purchased through Ticketmaster.
Each session lasts for 3 hours and you can enter at any time during the 3 hour time frame. At the end of the session visitors will be asked to leave to allow preparation for the next session.

Yes, Sydney Zoo is a wheelchair accessible site with no hills or steps. All areas of the event are accessible for guests with wheelchairs.
Sydney Zoo Christmas Animal Kingdom includes entry to the full layout of the Zoo. While some of our animals outdoors may be visible during your visit, we cannot guarantee you will be able to see them. We prioritise the welfare of our animals and allow them access to their night dens at all times.
Yes, FREE parking is included in your ticket at our onsite carpark. On arrival, follow the instructions of event staff who will direct you to the parking area.
