  • Lovely Experience for Little Ones

by Neville on 4/12/24Rating: 5 out of 5

I took my 5 year old grandson to this experience. He had the best time. It's the first time he's seen snow so he was awe struck. Actors were great and we both loved the Santa story time ending. Well worth it.

It was ok definitely not worth the price but. Was very hot inside and mainly was screens that went on talking to long kids were getting bored and people playing the roles seemed awkward with the kids especially the santa who u could Hardly see cause the room was so dark I see from first review they did give out cookies and candy canes after the feedback but $40 for that. the staff where nice and it was decorated nicely but not worth it and I will not be retuning next year.

  • Very disappointing

    by Mrs C on 1/12/24Rating: 3 out of 5

Very underwhelming experience - cramped spaces that you are rushed through, not that they offered much in the way of Christmas magic. As for the free photo, not so and you have to exit the display and walk down the street for the very ordinary experience of writing a letter to Santa and both my grandchildren had to use the one envelope. The treats were so grossly overpriced it was disgusting. Could have been so much more, so keep your expectations low.

  • A Missed Opportunity for Christmas Magic

by Disappointing and Uninspired on 25/11/24Wundr Store - SydneyRating: 2 out of 5

I recently attended the Wundrful World of Christmas Immersive event with my two six-year-old grandsons on Friday, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. While the initial gesture of providing a North Pole Passport upon arrival was a nice touch, the promises associated with it were not fulfilled. The passport advertised a free digital photo to be collected at the North Pole Post Office, which simply did not exist, and a Santa letter pack, which was not distributed. The "show"itself consisted of an animated cartoon and a series of rooms hosted by five teenagers, each assigned to a section. It was clear that these individuals were not trained actors but rather students who appeared unsure of their roles and responsibilities. Their lack of preparation significantly detracted from the immersive experience promised. When I asked my grandsons about their thoughts on the experience, they described it as "good"but displayed no excitement or enthusiasm when recounting it. There was no spark of magic or memorable joy, and they seemed indifferent when speaking to their parents about it. Overall, the event lacked organisation, preparation, and the festive charm one would hope for in such an experience. It was disappointing not only for me but, more importantly, for my grandsons, who deserved a much more magical and engaging Christmas outing. I would not recommend this experience based on our visit.

  • Fantastic Christmas Experience!

    by Carlie M on 24/11/24Rating: 5 out of 5

Incredible immersive Christmas experience which our entire family enjoyed! Our kids (aged 5, 3 and 8m) were all captivated. Beautiful set design, and a fantastic festive concept which continued to evolve as we moved from space to space. The kids have already asked to go back to The North Pole tomorrow 😂 Would definitely recommend!!!!

  • A nice experience however!!!!!

by JoJo on 24/11/24Wundr Store - SydneyRating: 4 out of 5

Overall it was a wonderful Christmas experience but there are a couple of things that I would love to see improved; 1. It went way to quick and seamed rushed 2. We were taken to the North Pole via an interactive lift/ plane ,which was so great,it made you feel that you were actually going to see Santa. The downful was at the end of the experience, you were just escorted out a door onto Market Street. It would have been better if we were taken back to the plane/ lift to end the experience. You pay $ to fully experience Christmas, it would be great to see these minor changes.

  • Underwhelming.

by Jessie on 23/11/24Rating: 1 out of 5

Kids just stare at large screens, just off the lights at home and watch a Christmas movie. Was not imersive or hands on other than writing a letter in an overpriced crowed gift shop with not enough seats for kids. It felt rushed through and overcrowded. Small rooms with bad aircon. Green screen photo. No meet and greet with santa. He just sits in a chair in a dark room for 2 minutes and says random stuff.

  • We loved it

    by Matt M on 23/11/24Rating: 5 out of 5

Fun show for the whole family. We all loved it especially our encounter with Mrs Claus!

  • Wondrful event for the little ones

by Nanna on 23/11/24Rating: 5 out of 5

We had a great experience & my 2 grandchildren (3 & 5) absolutely loved it! I thought it was sweet & beautifully pitched to the children & the pace was just right. Our whole experience was 35 mins & I thought that was just right for the age group. I loved the beginning & my grandchildren are still excited that they went to the North Pole, and what they saw there. I loved the way the elves talked about thinking of others and being kind. It was a really lovely experience! Today, they are tracking their letters to Santa on their Mum’s phone ( there was a QR code to do so), loving their passports & showing their photo. The digital photo was free with our tickets. Perhaps one suggestion I could make is to have a group photo with Santa at the end. Otherwise, a perfect outing for little ones!

  • Waste of Money

by Trace on 19/11/24Rating: 1 out of 5

Rushed and mediocre. You wait in a queue to get in, get rushed through.. have fake nonsense when meeting Mrs Claus, and then 2 mins with Santa.. the "free photos"are not free at all. Worst experience ever

  • great experience for the young ones

Our 3 young grand children enjoyed every minute of the Wundrful World of Christmas

  • Could’ve been more exciting

by LD on 18/11/24Wundr Store - SydneyRating: 3 out of 5

I was hoping more of a Christmas theme park. Where kids can enjoy and play, seeing more Christmas village home towns. Been to other theme parks in Sydney during the prep of Christmas being more fun. This theme wasn’t much fun more story telling, it was more like going on a excursion.

  • A Magical Pre-Christmas Experience

by Shauna on 13/11/24Rating: 5 out of 5

WOW! What a magical experience! We took our kids (6yo & 9yo) to see this over the weekend and they loved every second! Without spoiling too much, our family was transported to the North Pole where we were surrounded by all things Christmas! The kids couldn't stop laughing at some of the elves and were in awe with who they got to meet at the end! If you're considering attending, I highly recommend you go early to beat the Christmas crowds! We live in the Hills and are already planning to go back again when we go to see the Christmas Windows next month.

  • Kids can’t wait to tell their friends!

by Dee on 12/11/24Rating: 5 out of 5

All three of my kids had the best time, it really showcased the real true meaning of Christmas. The Elves were so kind and helpful to the kids and the graphics and stories were so cute !! We loved it x x x

  • Highly recommend

by Mama on 12/11/24Rating: 5 out of 5

Magical Christmas wonderland for adults and children. My 4year old and 10year old were very excited and loved every part of Wundrful, especially making a Christmas wish with the gold coin and then throwing it into the well. Highly recommend this affordable Christmas experience for all the family.

  • A Christmas Surprise

by Felix on 12/11/24Rating: 5 out of 5

We were in the city at the weekend and walked past this. My daughter wouldn’t let us leave without buying tickets. Had no idea what to expect but she loved it. Clever use of the space and tech. Just received our first Elf email too. Daughter still talking about it. Well worth it if you have young kids!

  • My 4 and 8 year old LOVED it

by Jason on 12/11/24Rating: 5 out of 5

Thank you Wundr Store for bringing this experience to Sydney. Our kids dont stop talking about it.

  • We had a wonderful experience!

by VIC on 12/11/24Rating: 5 out of 5

We had a wonderful experience, my children (4,8,10) and my husband & I. The magic definitely felt alive and each room was unique and special. We spent about 25 mins in the rooms - our favourite was the elf’s room, opening up the advent calendar. Then we spent about 15 mins in the Post Shop. I would definitely recommend for all ages. Worth the $25.
