There is VERY LIMITED VIP pre-paid parking at the venue at a cost of $40. VIP Parking can only be booked though Ticketmaster and MUST be purchased prior to the event - please note there must be at least 3 people in the car. To avoid disappointment and to improve your carbon footprint, you are much better off finding alternative ways to reach the venue (such as Park & Ride). There is NO parking permitted in the surrounding area or residential streets.. Park & Ride – Robina Train Station, Cheltenham Dr, Robina. Take exit 79 East from the Pacific Highway and travel to the East side of Robina Station where the Park and Ride will be operating. Not operating from Carrara Stadium. Designated Shuttle points will operate from Robina Train Station & Broadbeach from the Gold Coast Highway outside Jupiters Casino The first shuttles to Avica will depart Robina Station and Broadbeach at 12.00pm. Return shuttles to Robina Station will meet the trains to Brisbane. The last train to Brisbane departs Robina at 10.53pm. Return shuttles will drop off in Broadbeach at Victoria Park. Further transfers will be available from Broadbeach to Surfers Paradise for post V Festival events.

Nearest train station is Robina Passenger Railway Station - Bayberry Lane, Robina.

Exact box office hours will be confirmed closer to the event date/s, but is expected to be open from 1.5-2 hours prior to gate opening time.

Venue Collections will be allowed from approximately 1.5-2 hours prior to gate opening time. However, it is strongly recommended you collect your tickets prior to attending the event - tickets can be collected from 24 hours after purchase from any Ticketmaster outlet up to as late as 48 hours prior to the event (after which time they will be available from the venue on the event day). The credit card holder must collect the tickets. Ticket sales will be available subject to availability.

Box office accepts cash and credit card payments. All credit cards accepted. EFTPOS is not accepted.

This event is wheelchair accessible. As it is general admission, patrons simply book their tickets through Ticketmaster (outlets, internet site and call centre are all fine). The promoter is working hard to ensure that access is as easy as possible for festival fans requiring assistance to access the site, including the provision of facilities for the mobility impaired to aid enjoyment of the event.
