We’ve updated our seating framework to include a larger range of accessible seating options. There will be an option for every price level and package available for Brett Young.

Accessible tickets (including Companion Cards) can be purchased by calling our Customer Service team on the Accessible Bookings line Monday – Sunday 9am – 5pm AEST: 1300 446 925. This phone number is reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements and companion cardholders and cannot process any other ticketing requests.

Accessible tickets, both during presales and the general public sale period, can also be requested via our Submit a request – Ticketmaster Help(Opens in new tab). Please be sure to include your relevant presale code with your request if wanting to make a booking during the presale period.

    First time at Fortitude and the only thing that marred the experience were the idiots in the front holding their phones up high, blocking the view of the stage for everyone behind them. Worse that the really tall men were the worst culprits of this. Apart from that, the venue is great, lines moved quickly (once they started moving) and the water being handed out from the stage is a great service for those of us who couldn’t get to the bar without losing their “spot”

    This was my first time seeing Brett Young live. I had heard his song "In case you didn't know"about a year ago and instantly fell in love with it. I then started to listen to more of his songs. To see him perform live was amazing. What a gorgeous man he is from his beautiful voice down to his personality. I love how he speaks and sings about his family. I will definitely be seeing him again live. Thanks for a great and memorable night.

    Brett Young was amazing. Great band, great sound. May need to slightly work on the venue to eliminate external noise, back doors remained open and those towards the back could hear all the chatter happening out in the lobby area.
