About

Buddy Guy returns to Melbourne!

The greatest living blues legend, Buddy Guy, returns to Melbourne for one exclusive performance at the Palais Theatre on Monday 6 April 2026. A trailblazer of Chicago’s electric blues, Buddy Guy’s influence has shaped generations of artists, inspiring icons such as Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and John Mayer. With 8 GRAMMY Awards, 15 nominations, and induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, he remains one of the most celebrated guitarists in music history.

Following his sold-out 2023 Australian tour, Buddy Guy will once again deliver a night of extraordinary musicianship and heartfelt storytelling. Expect a set that spans his remarkable career, featuring classics such as Damn Right, I’ve Got the Blues, Feels Like Rain, and Skin Deep, performed with the soulful power and stage presence that define his live shows.

Honoured with a Lifetime Achievement GRAMMY, Kennedy Center Honor, and National Medal of Arts, Buddy Guy continues to embody the heart and spirit of American blues.
