ECLIPSE – PINK FLOYD ORCHESTRATED
Enjoy the lyrical wonders of Pink Floyd in this blazingly unique event. Rock legend Jack Jones joins the might of the Southern Cross Symphony, a killer rock band, three powerhouse vocalists, and a 20-person strong youth choir to faithfully re-ignite the awe-inspiring sound of Pink Floyd in all its glory
Comprising 40 musicians and singers live on stage, ECLIPSE – the name is taken from the closing track on Pink Floyd’s seminal album The Dark Side of the Moon - features an abundance of classic songs, including Money, Time, Wish You Were Here, Another Brick in the Wall (Part II), Us and Them, Mother, Have a Cigar and Comfortably Numb. Inducted into the US Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1996 and the UK Music Hall of Fame in 2005, Pink Floyd were pioneers in the live music experience, renowned for their rich song-writing, illuminating themes, and elaborate live shows.
Formed in London in 1965, Pink Floyd gained an early following as one of the first British psychedelic groups. What made them stand out was their extended compositions and song-cycles, sonic experimentation and philosophical lyrics. They became a leading band of the progressive rock genre. By 2013, Pink Floyd had sold more than 250 million records worldwide, making them one of the best-selling music artists of all time. Their innovative albums, The Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall were both inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame.
Pink Floyd first visited Australia in August 1971 towards the end of their year-long Atom Heart Mother World Tour.
Be among the first to witness the inspiring 50th anniversary event, a celebration recapturing the mastery, spirit and imagination of one of history’s best and brightest rock bands.
Great seats. Fabulous acoustics at the Opera House. Light show added to the experience and the sounds and talent from the stage were fantastic.
It couldn't have been better. The only thing I can complain about is why you aren't allowed to take some videos. The ticket lady kept on going in and out of the iles in front of everyone to stop people videoing disturbing a lot of people. Otherwise it was awesome.
Starting with the orchestra, the band kicks in. With classics from Wish You Were Here, The Wall and eventually in the second half Dark Side of the Moon. The musicians and singers along with the orchestra added depth and texture to the evening. Along with this add an amazing light show and you have an all immersive experience. The closest I will get to Pink Floyd, walked away totally satisfied with the show. Excellent!
Enjoyed every moment of the musical content of the concert. Only one very small negative comment was the angle of spotlighting into the crowd was blinding early on in the night.
Love, Love, Loved it. The musicians/orchestra were brilliant and the singers fabulous. A great night out.
WOW, the talent of our Australian cast was mind blowing! Every layer from the exceptional orchestra, instrumental soloists, choir, backing singers, to the lead singers and guitarists’ brilliance. And a big mention to the lighting and production crew! Can’t say enough. World class! Please do it all again. X

Great experience would highly recommend this show to anyone, this band absolutely nailed the Pink Floyd experience I would definitely go see them again if they come back to Perth 10 out of 10 you guys rock.
Fantastic show, musicians, sound, light effects, everything. Totally blown away. Would go again tomorrow!
As a Pink Floyd fan who has seen Floyd in 87, Roger Waters twice, Dave Gilmore and many tribute bands, that was the best. Everything about it was brilliant and faultless
