First Beige Tickets

Born and based in Brisbane, First Beige draws upon jazzy colours, textural synth layers and interwoven vocal harmonies backed by driving house rhythms. The infectious live act presents listeners with an ever-evolving set comprised of extended improvised sections and high energy grooves. The six-piece have continued to solidify themselves as one of the most eclectic, transportive and vibrant live acts to come out of Brisbane in recent years.

In spite of a global pandemic, First Beige turned 2020 into  their most successful year yet, with sold out shows around the state of QLD including a massive show at the beautiful Tivoli Theatre, as well as slots at Laneway Festival, A Festival Called Panama and Party in the Paddock.

The 6-piece even caught the eye of Worldwide FM’s Gilles Peterson who has since given First Beige multiple spins on his BBC 6 Radio programme. With a bag of new songs eagerly awaiting release First Beige won’t sit still in 2021. Constantly striving to up their infectious live set and eclectic music style.
