  • Need another overpass

by Mark B on 17/3/25Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit - Albert ParkRating: 4 out of 5

lined up for 30 mins on Sat morn to get over to the middle of the track at 10.00am. You really need another overpass near gate 2

  • The heat!!

by Andrea on 16/3/25Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit - Albert ParkRating: 2 out of 5

The event was very well organised except for the fact they did not consider the unpredictable Australian Heat. There was no where cool or with aircon to shelter from the sun. They just had 3 sets of mist fans for a 35 degree day and thousands of fans. The queues by early afternoon for the toilet and water were huge. I had to miss qualifying and leave early as I honestly thought I would pass out. The staff were very helpful at directing me to the exit and a very concerned police lady helped me organise an Uber. Even with strong sunscreen and lots and lots of water it was just too much. I know they cannot predict the temperatures but this is Australia and they should have more air conditioned facilities at the track, even for people that can only get tickets to a park pass. After going to other F1 races in Europe I was a bit disappointed and I’m sure that the volunteer First Aiders would have been kept very busy as many people looked heat exhausted and struggling.

  • Continuous Improvement Always

by SteveDR on 16/3/25Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit - Albert ParkRating: 5 out of 5

Brought my daughter when it was a very hot Saturday and a completely contrasting Sunday. Loved it. However things that can be improved- more clear signs for Gluten Free food options; Even more shaded areas; Stands that sell hand held fans, ice packs, branded hand towels, ponchos, more branded water bottles / cannisters, bandanas. Also to avoid destroying the grass after the rain maybe laying down saw dust. Something to have patrons avoid getting muddy feet too.

  • Great but

by Frank on 16/3/25Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit - Albert ParkRating: 4 out of 5

Queuing 30mins plus for water, need more water fountains for the public. Other then that great day

  • Hot and bothered

by Rooboy Willo on 16/3/25Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit - Albert ParkRating: 3 out of 5

Too many people now which makes it hard to see much. Plus not enough shaded areas for spectators… Better watching on the couch at home

  • Great day out

by Susie on 16/3/25Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit - Albert ParkRating: 5 out of 5

Another year of the Australian Grand Prix and the organisation is almost spot on. Getting to the ground and entry was quick and easy. There’s lots happening off the track as well as the racing so there’s always something to see or do. Very hot day yesterday and more water stations would have been useful.

  • Great

by Hey on 16/3/25Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit - Albert ParkRating: 5 out of 5

Everything was great , except the weather way to hot for me 37 degrees and no breeze , maybe a swimming pool in the Albert Lake would have been a good idea or a water fountain going over one of walking pontoons at both points for walking over the lake to get wet would have been a cooler experience , the misty fans were good but not good enough, utilising the water in the lake would have been better , just needed to get wet in the heat . Therefore I left early at 2-30 pm . On hot days this is a must . feedback for this would be great as well . my email is ok regards Hey

  • Good but I’ve been to better

by Benji on 15/3/25Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit - Albert ParkRating: 4 out of 5

Good. Improvements are shade but I personally feel previous years have been better. More to do. More to see. This year seems quite dull. The set areas are a big bonus

  • Park pass

by Teezme on 13/10/24Rating: 4 out of 5

The ballot system worked this year and it was easy for me to get tickets this year. I understand that if you wanted a stand ticket it didn’t work so well and the wait time was very long only for people to miss out. Also the ballot system should allow you to browse all the tickets not just a type of ticket I would have liked to see if I could get a stand ticket prior to park pass. But I took the easy option with less stress. A lot of people were stressed trying to get tickets for them and their family. The in demanded system is not a positive thing. Just cause someone js looking doesn’t mean they are buying.

  • Choose any seat

    by Rellf1 on 13/10/24Rating: 3 out of 5

Since paying $$ for the access presale, we should be able to choose any seat in the grandstand not only what’s selected for that presale.

  • Perfection

by Joey Joe Joe shabba dabba doo on 13/10/24Rating: 5 out of 5

A perfect ticket vendor, absolutely no issues getting tickets during peak demand and perfectly priced.

  • Random ballot

by PJ on 11/10/24Rating: 5 out of 5

Great idea and great experience. Last year was 12000 in line to buy and missed out on various options so was over the moon to be selected in ballot. Was lucky to be able to purchase option I wanted so very very happy.

  • Crushing

by Cat on 11/10/24Rating: 1 out of 5

I was only after one seat. Successfully got to the point of purchase in Ballot round and was denied every seat because I only needed one ticket. The first year I have missed out. The greed is destroying F1 for regular fans. Absolutely disgusted with this new set up.

  • Lott preferences

by Lott access on 2/10/24Rating: 1 out of 5

The access should be equally for everyone. Also there must be follow up by a equally waitlist this is annoying
