What a joyous, funny night. So funny that the cast lost it laughing too at one stage. You’ll have to go see it to find out! We had a great night. Love you Baltimore!!
Absolutely amazing, I watched the hairspray movie with Zac Efron when I was younger and have loved the vibe of it since then. This live show went beyond my expectations and had amazing casting. Beautiful choreography, beautiful live singing and very funny cheeky innuendos. No words but amazing amazing amazing. Well done cast!
I am sure the sound will get better but it was disappointing to have the microphones not set properly for official opening night (Sunday 8/9/24) even though there had been two performances Saturday and Sunday matinee. The band overpowered all the singers and delays in microphones coming on in some numbers was not professional. The show was full of colour and great choreography and if the sound issues are resolved, it will be a great fun experience for audiences.
The acting was brilliant. The music was brilliant. A great production.
Hairspray was so brilliant an…Amazing show with all the cast produces who made the show so enjoyable.
