FACILITIES FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS

Wheelchair bookings should be booked directly with the Box Office on (03) 9299 9800. Wheelchair access is from the Spring Street entrance (1 step). A ramp is positioned at the door for wheelchair access. Grand Circle is not suitable for the elderly, patrons with limited mobility or patrons who suffer vertigo.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no lift access to the Dress Circle or Grand Circle at the Princess Theatre. Patrons who are unable or wish not to go up or down stairs should book seats in the Stalls area of the theatre. Wheelchair transfer is possible, we advise patrons to speak with the Box Office. Wheelchairs are stored in the Manager’s office or at the rear of auditorium and are returned at interval and at the conclusion of the performance. All items are marked with the patron’s row and seat number.
