Box Office Hours
Box Offices are generally located at Gates 1, 3 and 4. The gate and number of Box Office Windows open may vary depending on the event. The Box Offices are normally open as of gate opening time for all events. There are no sales or ticket collection at the venue other than from gate opening time on event day. Patrons holding concession tickets must have proof of concession status with them on event day.

Wheelchair friendly seating areas are located around the main seating concourse of the venue. Disabled car parking areas are available and are located on Pier Street (limited), Brewer Street and on Loton Park on event days only.

HBF Park is a non-smoking venue. The consumption of alcohol is permitted. Bars are located throughout the ground. The Family Stand located at the southern end of the venue has been designated alcohol free. The coaches dugouts are situated at pitchside, in front of the Western Stand. The scoreboard is situated on top of the Eastern Stand and a video screen (when available) will be located on either the north eastern bank or south west corner. Prohibited Items: No BYO Alcohol No glass No cans No umbrellas No horns No Aerosol cans No fragrance bottles Eskies, prams, pushers, bags and other belongings must be able to fit under the patrons seat. Cameras with a lens 200mm or less are permitted.
