Impresario Hippodrome Melbourne Tickets

The Impresario Hippodrome is located at Birrarung Marr on the North Bank of the Yarra River next to Federation Square. A short walk along the Yarra River from Flinders Street Station, St Kilda Road, Batman Avenue.

There are a number of parking stations within walking distance of Birrarung Marr, some can be booked and paid for in advance. We recommend checking online prior to the performance. Please remember to allow time to walk to Birrarung Marr as a lock period applies.

A Box Office Manager will be available on site one hour prior to the performance. To ensure the safety of our audience and company we are unable to provide ticket collection services and recommend you print your tickets at home or save them to your mobile device. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets must be reported to Ticketmaster prior to the event day or prior to 4pm on the event day.

Bag Limits Apply: Handbags that are smaller than an A4 sized piece of paper can be carried with you and may be subject to bag checks upon entry. We will ask you to store backpacks, cases, satchels, shopping bags and large handbags. Due to covid we are unable to provide extensive storage facilities, so we encourage you to consider what is essential to bring with you. If we are able to store your bag, due to our security requirements, we may ask you to show us the contents of your bags. We will accommodate patrons who need to carry equipment or medical supplies during the show. If you are uncertain, please ask one of our ushers who will be able to assist you. Food and Beverage Services will be provided on site and will comply with responsible service of alcohol guidelines.

Lockout Policy Live theatre has a 'lock-out' policy; a period after the curtain goes up when late-comers are not permitted to enter the auditorium until a suitable time in the performance. Lock-out periods are set by the production and vary from show to show.
