LILAC HILL GROUND REGULATIONS These are the ground regulations for the Lilac Hill Festival of Cricket scheduled for 28 November 2008. A person who enters the ground ("Ticketholder") shall be deemed to have read and accepted these regulations. The Ticketholder may come onto and remain upon the Ground on the day of the Festival for the duration of the Festival and until forty-five minutes after the conclusion of play. The Ticketholder must occupy the seat specified on the ticket (if any) and may come and go over those parts of the Ground designated by the Club. The Ticketholder must: a) not bring alcohol or any illegal substance, any object capable of causing a public nuisance or injury, professional cameras, videos or recording devices onto the Ground; b) not wear or otherwise display commercial, political, religious or offensive signage or logos or engage in ambush marketing generally; c) not sell any products or services or give away political, religious advertising or promotional material; d) present all bags, clothes and containers for inspection, and surrender or dispose of all unauthorised items; e) display the ticket at all times and produce the ticket upon demand by or on behalf of the Club; f) comply with the provisions of all statutes for the time being in force affecting the Ground and the Festival (including without limitation any statute prohibiting or restricting wagering, gambling or betting); g) not engage in any conduct or act towards or speak to any player, umpire or other official or other patron in a manner which offends, insults, humiliates, intimidates, threatens, disparages or vilifies that other person on the basis of that other person's race, religion, colour, descent or national or ethnic origin; h) not do or permit to be done any act or thing which through noise or otherwise shall or may be a nuisance or cause injury, damage or disturbance to any other person; i) indemnify and keep indemnified the Club from and against all costs, actions, suits, claims and demands and against all loss or damage whatsoever made, caused or contributed to by any act or omission of the Ticketholder; and j) comply with all lawful directions of the Clubs or any person authorised in that regard by the Club. The Ticketholder must not enter or be upon the playing area while play is in progress and until all players and umpires have left the playing area at the close of and during breaks in play. The Ticketholder shall at all times be upon the Ground at the Ticketholder`s own risk in all respects and the Ticketholder acknowledges and agrees that the Club shall not be liable for any personal injury or loss or damage to property which the Ticketholder may suffer or incur. The Ticketholder consents to the recording of his or her likeness and voice by any means (including but not limited to audio and visual recordings) by television cameras and photographers ("images") and the commercial exploitation throughout the world by Cricket Australia and its commercial partners without compensation of any such image. The Ticketholder must take appropriate care for his or her sun protection and hydration. The Club reserves the right to refuse entry to any person. The Ticketholder acknowledges and agrees that any breach of these regulations shall entitle the Club to eject the Ticketholder from the Ground. In these regulations a reference to the Club means and includes Midland-Guildford Cricket Club Inc, its servants and agents and any person acting for or on behalf thereof.
