The best way to arrive at Melbourne Park is on foot, via the Australian Open Festival at Birrarung Marr.

Parking

Pick-up and drop-off area For those getting a lift, pick-up and drop-off points are located on the north side of Olympic Boulevard, adjacent to Melbourne Arena. A time limit applies and will be enforced. Parking Public parking can be found at Yarra Park Car Park, via Gate 5 off Punt Road. Parking is $10 per day. Note: cash payments only are accepted. The first gates open two hours before main entrances open each day, so we suggest patrons check the schedule. https://www.mcg.org.au/getting-around/parking-schedule. Accessibility Parking: Accessible parking is available for $20 and must be booked through Ticketmaster at the time of booking tickets. Bookings can be made by: Telephone 1300 308 999 between 9am - 8pm Monday - Saturday; 9am - 5pm Sunday AEST (closed Christmas / Boxing Day) Upon purchase, a car park voucher will be supplied with Australian Open tickets. The voucher and a disabled car park sticker must be displayed on arrival for it to be deemed valid. Lost car park vouchers will not be replaced. On-site parking is limited, accessibility patrons are advised to book early.

Public Transportation

Trams All Australian Open ticket holders can enjoy a free tram shuttle service operating on route 70 from the CBD to Rod Laver Arena and Melbourne Arena tram stop. The service operates until one hour after the end of play each day. The Night Network will run trams all night on weekends every 30 minutes across six key routes - 19, 67, 86, 96 & 109. These routes service St Kilda, Coburg, Bundoora, Port Melbourne, Carnegie, Box Hill, Vermont South and Brunswick as well as the CBD. Trains Richmond, Flinders Street and Jolimont stations are within easy walking distance to Melbourne Park. Access to the venue from Flinders Street is via the signed pedestrian route through Fed Square into the AO Festival at Birrarung Marr. Please note the last train services depart Finders Street Station from approximately midnight on weeknights. The Night Network will operate on weekends with trains departing hourly all night from Flinders Street Station. For train, tram and bus details please call 1800 800 007 or visit ptv.vic.gov.au. Taxi A taxi rank is located on Olympic Boulevard, adjacent to Grand Slam Oval entrance. Fans exiting via Birrarung Marr are advised to use the taxi rank at Flinders Street Station. Accessible Seating

Rod Laver Arena and Margaret Court Arena - Reserved seats Please advise your exact seating requirements at the time of booking. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, subject to the availability of appropriate seating and ticket limits. Seating is available for patrons: - using wheelchairs - who are vision impaired - with limited mobility - who require the use of a hearing loop - requiring shade due to a medical condition Hearing Loop Hearing Loops work across the entire seating bowl of each arena, and can be collected from the relevant arena information desk each day. Ground passes Accessible seating is available at all outside courts but cannot be reserved. Staff will direct you to designated areas within these courts. These seats are subject to availability. Please refer to the Accessibility Access Map for location of viewing platforms for wheelchair users. Bookings can be made via 1300 308 999 Car parking Accessible car parking (subject to availability), if required may only be purchased via telephone 1300 308 999 or in person at the Melbourne Arena Box Office and must be booked at the same time as your tickets. A car park voucher will be supplied with your tickets. Lost car park vouchers will not be replaced. A disabled car park sticker is required and must be displayed on the car at all times. Companion cards Companion Cards are accepted at the Australian Open. If a companion card ticket is required, then the companion card must be presented at the time of booking and also carried with the person with disability when attending the Australian Open. KIDS POLICY Children aged 3-14 as at 1 January 2020 are entitled to purchase a Kids Ticket (or concession ticket). Children aged 2 and under as at 1 January 2020 are entitled to enter at no charge; however, must not occupy a reserved seat. Persons aged 15 and over as at 1 January 2020 are classified as an Adult, unless they hold valid Concession Card Identification.
