Mercure Hotel Tickets

The Mercure Hotel is located on North Quay, the corner of Ann Street. The main entrance is off Ann Street.

Limited pay-as-you-go parking available at the Mercure hotel. Public parking stations outside hotel and Kings Parking is one street away from the venue.

Nearest train stations are Roma Street and Central - the venue is about a 10 minute walk from either station. The venue is about a 5 minute walk from the central Bus Depot located in the Queen Street Mall. Patrons are advised to contact Translink for public transport timetables. Box office will be situated in the foyer to the Grand Chelsea Ballroom.

Box office will be open 1 hour prior to all session or class opening times. The Box office will close each night at 8:00pm.

Credit card and Cash.

Disabled patrons simply book their tickets through any Ticketmaster point of sale. If patrons require special access to the venue, they should contact the hotel to arrange requirements. The Festival is Wheelchair accessible.

This is a non-smoking venue.

This is a strictly Over 18 Years Event. Children under 18 years will not be permitted in the Wine Festival.

Patrons are not permitted to bring their own food, beverages (including alcohol) or glassware in to the venue. Pass outs will be available for the Wine Festival.
