Heritage Bank Stadium Tickets

Heritage Bank Stadium is located on Nerang-Broadbeach Road in Carrara.

Please visit the stadium website or call (07) 5644 6200. There will be no public parking available at the Stadium and parking restrictions will be enforced in the areas surrounding the Stadium. A limited number of PWD car parking spaces are available in the Yellow Car Park at the Stadium for holders of a valid, government issued disability parking permit. Public Transport is the best way to access the Stadium for most major events and is free of charge (selected events only) upon presentation of your valid event ticket. As transport offerings and timings vary for each event, event specific information is available by following the links to your selected event on the Events page of the Stadium website. Please note that the Victoria Park & Pacific Fair shuttle bus services from Broadbeach no longer operate. These services have been relocated to Broadbeach South Station (refer to the Stadium website for more information) from 2015.

Tickets sales at the box office are subject to availability, from the Ticket Sales outlets at Gate 1 and Gate 3 only on the day of the event, these outlets open approximately 15 minutes prior to gates opening for Gold Coast SUNS events. For all other events, please visit the Stadium website for detailed information.

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, DINERS and EFTPOS (no cash out available). ATMs are located inside Metricon Stadium.

The Level 1 concourse is accessible by a number of stairs and ramps, with all Wheelchair seating located on Level 1. The Level 2 seating bowl is only access by stairs. If wheelchair or accessible seating is required, please contact Ticketmaster on 136 100 to best attend to your requirements.

Customers may enter the Stadium via Gate 1 or Gate 3.

Children aged five and under are admitted free of charge provided that they do not occupy a seat. If you wish for your child to occupy a seat they will be required to purchase a Junior ticket in the corresponding price level. Customers who refuse to comply are contravening the stadiums Conditions of Entry and as a result may be refused entry into the Stadium. Prohibited items include but are not limited to Illegal goods or substances, incendiary devices (flares, fireworks and smoke bombs) ,laser lights, alcohol, animals (other than assistance dogs), bicycles, scooters, skateboards and rollerblades, skates, professional cameras, audio recording devices or video cameras, camera tripods and professional lenses (greater than 200mm), chairs and stools, glass and crockery, cans, drink containers larger than 600mls and opened soft drink bottles, large flags or banners with handles exceeding 100cm in length or 2cm in diameter, any bag that is not pliable or soft (eg hard esky), any large item that cannot fit under a seat, loud hailers, megaphones and musical instruments, any other item that in the opinion of GCFC management could cause harm or public nuisance (including beach balls or any other inflatable). Umbrellas are permitted into the Stadium but must not be opened within the seating bowl or concourse areas. Prams and pushers are permitted provided they can be stowed safely under the customers seat or used in a location where customer access or egress is not inhibited by the pram or pusher. Complimentary cloaking is available at Gates 1 and 3.
