Bass Strait
Grandstand

Located on the outfield at the lowest point on the Circuit and backed by the coastline’s dramatic undulating terrain and cliffs, the Bass Strait Grandstand provides one of racing’s most unique spectator viewing experiences.
The views from the Bass Strait Grandstand regularly have fans holding their breath as the bikes careen flat out in fifth through the short straight out of Turn 2 before sweeping through Stoner Corner and into the newly named Miller Corner (Turn 4) - one of the Circuit’s prime overtaking hotspots and location of Jack Miller’s heartbreaking crash in 2022.
With a super-screen positioned across the track and with bar and food outlets conveniently located nearby, the Bass Strait Grandstand is an ideal spot for motorsport connoisseurs to enjoy the fast-flowing intricacies of the iconic Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit.

Named after Australian motorsport legend and former World Champion Wayne Gardner, the Gardner Straight Grandstand overlooks the start/finish line, with views into the pit lane.
The Gardner Straight Grandstand puts fans in pole position to feel the rumble of engines as the bikes are pushed to their limits and approach speeds of 350km/hr before disappearing over the horizon.

The Lukey Heights Grandstand is located at the apex of the Circuit’s steep descent out of Turn 9, providing cross-Circuit views over arguably the track’s most challenging and technical section, all the way across to the Southern Loop.
Turn 9 is one of Phillip Island’s most notorious sections, with a long left-hander leading to a blind crest and a tricky downhill run into the Turn 10 hairpin, which is renowned as one of the Circuit’s prime overtaking locations.
The Lukey Heights Grandstand gives fans some of the best views of this fast-flowing and highly technical part of the Circuit and backs onto Lukey’s Lawn, one of the Circuit’s marquee off-track entertainment hubs.

Perched on the eastern side of the Circuit and flanked to the left by the wild waters of Bass Strait, the Siberia Grandstand is a fan favourite and regarded by many as the ‘best seat in the house.’
The Grandstand’s location provides spectators unmatched views of the bikes negotiating the hairpin at Miller Corner (previously Turn 4), the sight of Jack Miller’s heartbreaking incident in 2022.
Watch as the riders click through their gears into Turn 5 before flashing through Siberia’s sweeping Turn 6 left-hander and roar up towards the northern part of the track.
The views across the southern half of the Circuit perfectly illustrate why Phillip Island is regarded as a racing paradise for most motorsport fans.
Nearby food, merchandise and bars mean you never have to travel far from your seat, and the super-screen opposite the Grandstand means you won’t miss a moment of the action.

Want to enjoy the excitement and thrill of flight whilst visiting the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit? Professional Helicopter Services will be conducting their highly popular joy flights for the general public throughout this year's event.
These sensational scenics provide a safe and spectacular way to absorb all the excitement from above!
The flight takes you on one of their most scenic flight patterns around the entire racing Circuit. You'll have breathtaking views of Phillip Island and the Bass Strait.
Whether it's your first time in a helicopter or you're already a seasoned flyer, the fun of a flight at this year's event is not to be missed!
Tour Inclusions:
• 6-8 minute scenic flight (approximate).
• Departures from our exclusive helipad situated opposite Gate 7.
Terms & Conditions:
• Tickets are valid for one (1) Joy Flight per person between 17th - 19th October 2025.
• Joy Flights operate between 10:00am and 4:00pm daily, weather permitting.
• Present your ticket to the staff at the PHS Helipad to redeem your Joy Flight.
• Flight routes are constant, flight times are approximate only and may vary according to helicopter type, number of passengers and/or weather conditions.
• Patrons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid Joy Flight ticket
• Items larger than a handbag cannot be taken on the flight. Limited storage of larger bags is available at the helipad. PHS take no responsibility for patrons' items stored.
• Due to safety protocols there is no photography allowed before boarding. A professional photographer will take a souvenir photo should you wish to purchase. Once in the aircraft mobile phones and small cameras are permitted.
• Your ticket will be valid for use across the three days of the event. Please be aware that the weather can be unpredictable at this event, so our recommendation is to take your flight as soon as weather permits. Please allow at least 30 minutes for safety briefing and manifesting to the aircraft.
• This flight ticket is not an event ticket. A ticket to the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2025 is required to gain access to our Joy Flights located within the grounds.

If you're looking for a small piece of memorabilia to remember your Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2025 experience by, look no further than a limited-edition Collector Ticket.
A Collector Ticket is a souvenir ticket which not only gets you into the event, it also serves as a treasured keepsake to be kept well after the race is over.
Collector tickets are only made available for selected events and can be purchased through the normal purchase processes - be sure to select a 'Collector Ticket' ticket type when choosing your tickets. They incur a $15 surcharge.
Collector tickets can only be delivered to fans via mail and cannot be sent as Print-at-Home or E-Tickets or collected from outlets or the venue. Collector Tickets are not available to those without a valid Australian address. You must provide an Australian postal address to receive Collector Tickets. *Collector Tickets are not eligible for Resale.
