All Open Season shows are on-sale through Ticketmaster. There are a few events in the program that are completely free, and you won’t need a ticket for those. Please do not buy tickets from Viagogo, Facebook or anywhere that is not Ticketmaster.

Open Season is on from late May – July 2024.

You need to bring to any of the ticketed events your ticket, a valid form of ID (drivers licence, 18+ card or passport) and yourself. Please note that none of the venues have a cloak room, so what you bring with you must stay with you during the event. Bags of all sizes are okay, but you'll have to carry it around all night.

Please do not bring a DSLR camera with you, as they aren’t permitted in the venues. Regarding clothing, as long as you’re not wearing steel capped boots and thongs (shoes), you’re good to go.

We’ve updated our seating framework to include a larger range of accessible seating options. There will be an option for every price level and package available.

Accessible tickets (including Companion Cards) can be purchased by calling our Customer Service team on the Accessible Bookings line Monday – Sunday 9am – 5pm AEST: 1300 446 925. This phone number is reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements and companion cardholders and cannot process any other ticketing requests.

Accessible tickets, both during presales and the general public sale period, can also be requested via our Submit a request – Ticketmaster Help. Please be sure to include your relevant presale code with your request if wanting to make a booking during the presale period.

All tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are now digital, meaning you can easily access your tickets on your phone via the Ticketmaster app or mobile web browser via Ticketmaster.com.au, add them straight to your phone’s ticket wallet, and share them with your friends and family.
