Sandown International Motor Raceway Tickets

Sandown Raceway is located 25 km east of the CBD on the Princes Highway. Melways reference 80 D9. VEHICLE ACCESS General public main entrances are via the overpass exit off Princes Highway. Trackside vehicle access via Gate 6B (Corrigan Road) and Gate 8 (off Corrigan Road) is only available on Sunday 16 September. Gates open at 7am.

TRAIN Travel to Sandown Park Railway Station (on Dandenong/Pakenham line) from the city. An underpass will take you from the train platform to Gate 2 (open all 3 days of the event) and Gate 13 (open on Sunday only). Shuttle Buses will run from Gate 2 (main entry) to gates 6B & 8 on Sunday only. Note: Gates 6B, 8 & 13 are only open on Sunday.

Tickets will be available at the venue from all gates, subject to availability. Pre-paid tickets can be collected adjacent to Gate 3 on Racecourse Drive.

Cash only. EFTPOS will be available at Gate 2 (main entry).

PROHIBITED ITEMS: Fireworks, weapons, alcohol, animals, viewing platforms, illegal substances.

Children under 5 years are admitted free for general admission when accompanied by a paying adult on all days. Juniors (up to 15 years) on Friday, 14th September, are free when accompanied by a paying adult. All patrons, regardless of age, must hold a ticket for the reserved grandstand seats. There are no junior or concession prices for Grandstand (reserved) seating.

Motor Racing is a Dangerous Sport. It is a condition of entry that you acknowledge, agree and forever release and indemnify the Promoters, its associates or affiliates, CAMS, V8SA, their servants, agents, contractors and employers from any loss, damage claim, demand or otherwise whatsoever arising as a consequence of your attendance at the Sandown 500 Event.
