Box Office Numbers
Once you have booked your tickets, it is essential that you confirm an actual date through 1300 CLIMBS (1300 254 627) and you will need to take your voucher with you when checking in. Bookings are subject to availability.
Box Office Collection Accepted
** Vouchers will not be available for collection from the venue. They must be collected from any Queensland Ticketmaster outlet or sent via registered post. **

Minimum height requirement for patrons is 130cm.
Children Rules
Climbers must be 10 years or older. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian - 3 children max per adult. There is a minimum height requirement of 130cm.
Miscellaneous
Personal items will not be permitted on the climb including cameras, videos, pagers, mobile phones and handbags each climber will have access to a locker to store personal items.
