  • Great day out, glad we had premium admission

by Kim on 9/3/25Country Club Tasmania - Prospect ValeRating: 4 out of 5

Lining up was a bit of a hassle and slow, bit hit and miss about what you can take in, no metal drinking bottle but they sell cans in the venue. We had premium admission supposedly quick to go through into venue but, the general admission lines much quicker. In terms of venue set out, there was a big section and the mosh put gated off, for premium admission . So if you had general admission you were a fair way back, I wouldn’t have been happy you wouldn’t have got any where near the stage. Jonh Butler trio, great guitar player but we had to listen to too much of his solo guitar playing, no vibe for dancing. Loved Whitlam, Missy, Fanning Dempsey, a good day out.

  • General Patron thoughts

by Summa Mumma Lover on 9/3/25Country Club Tasmania - Prospect ValeRating: 3 out of 5

Great lineup, unfortunately there was nowhere for general admission patrons to dance Missy Higgins is a very talented songwriter and musician however the monologues needed to be shorter Designated smoking area was too close to toilets Well set up venue, entry, exit, beverage and food areas

  • Fabulous concert

by Rob on 9/3/25Country Club Tasmania - Prospect ValeRating: 4 out of 5

The day started badly with a complete debarkle lineup for entry. Could not find the line for premium ga admission if there was one… then only luck we saw a guy giving out wrist bands after security to get into sitting area. Virtually no one around to direct of offer assistance. The concert was awesome with fabulous line up. Food offerings limited and pretty aweful, especially lamb rolls. Organisation of food and drink area and toilets first class

  • Excellent Estate !

    by NAT B on 19/11/24Roche Estate - PokolbinRating: 5 out of 5

Roche Estate was a top location for SummerSalt, the event was managed so well and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The artists were great, with Nick and Joy being stand outs in support. Hozier was sensational !

  • Hozier

by Lissa on 17/11/24Roche Estate - PokolbinRating: 4 out of 5

We had premium tickets, but didn't get a wrist band for the area. I went back after realizing 2 hours later!!! They didn't even scan us in properly. Very disappointing to pay extra and not get to go in the premium area. Also all the toilets were clogged and out of paper by the end of the night. Apart from the mix up, everything else was good. I felt sorry for the cleaning crew. People were absolute pigs

  • Concert was great...transport plan not so much...

by Hats on 17/11/24Roche Estate - PokolbinRating: 3 out of 5

Concert was generally well organised, great space, loved the ability to bring chairs and esky. Bar was big enough that wait times were not long even for the slushies which were a fantastic addition on a warm day. Transport plan however could have used a serious revamp. Ubers and taxis were encouraged due to not a huge amount of parking available however at the end of the night there was no taxi rank or designated area for ubers to pick up. Traffic was backed up for hours down the Broke road, ubers prebooked were cancelled as were taxis, my friends and I were stranded for hours despite having prebooked an uber for 1030, we didn't manage to get another one until after midnight. Several other groups were in the same boat, some trying to get back to Maitland. Many of these were young women who were vulnerable especially as more than one random young bloke catcalled and offered rides to strangers. For a rural concert this was disgrace and badly organised, not enough buses and limited alternative options for those who didn't drive.

  • Great concert

by Fee on 12/11/24Torquay Common - TorquayRating: 4 out of 5

The support acts were AMAZING!! and they’ve definitely gained more fans. My only rant is, the tickets said no picnic blankets and only designated areas for smoking/vaping and security/staff did nothing about those who did both.

  • Hozier - Summersalt

by Charm on 11/11/24Torquay Common - TorquayRating: 4 out of 5

Summersalt was so well organised from purchasing tickets to running of the day. All acts were so prompt. Well done! Only slight annoyance was the lack of division between the sitting and standing circle premium GA. Otherise, thanks for organising such a wonderful event!
