The very first ‘Sweet Vibes Festival’ will take place Saturday November 5th at Titanium Security Arena in Findon, Adelaide. Headliners for this inaugural event are The Beautiful Girls fronted by the amazing Mat
McHugh who will bring their Ultra Vibrational Electric Light Beams to life on our arena’s
main stage. Joining the bill are one of the big hits of this years WOMAD none other than The Strides
who will play their very special brand of classic roots reggae with a hip-hop edge, they’ll be
forging a sound that brings together modern dance hall, jazz and afrobeat. Not to be outdone come Adelaide’s high energy afro roots funk specialists Local Revolution who will keep the good vibes flowing.

We are also excited to welcome Adelaide’s very own Germein Sisters the globally
renowned indie pop group along with other Adelaide favourites Thom Lion & The Tamers,
festival stalwarts The Timbers and ex. Adelaidian now Byron Bay local Mr Craig Atkins who
will showcase his multi instrumental mastery reminiscent of folks like Ben Harper, Xavier
Rudd and John Butler.

Rounding out the bill is Melbourne’s Ben Mitchell who will be performing as part of a
national tour supporting his new album Summer Lover and also Allan Sumner who will
perform a number of his original tunes, but not before acknowledging country to kick the
event off.

Get ready to sing and dance and party with like minded people for a day and night to
remember under the sun and inside the arena. The lawns will host a number of food vans to tempt your taste buds where you will also be welcome to sample local wines, beer and ciders. Our very own Kids Klub will be managed by accredited carers from 1pm-9pm so you can relax knowing your children are being well cared for.
There will even be a Family Mosh Zone where Mum, Dad and the kids can have a sing-along and kick up their heels front of stage in their very own dedicated Mosh Pit. There will be plenty of surprises for everyone on the day.
