Wonderful customer service! Staff went out of their way to make it accessible. So lovely to have been welcomed by such helpful and caring staff.

Easy booking. Norwood town hall was great, chairs not so... but a great a concert.
Enjoyed another concert at the newly renovated The Palais in St.Kilda. Booking is easy via Ticketmaster, the staff are helpful, there's plenty of parking and dining options are close by whether it's before or after a show. Love this venue.
What a night! This band was spot on. The musicians captured the pure essence of the Eagles perfectly. Great voices and harmonies to showcase a list of an unforgettable catalogue of songs.
This was our first visit to the Palais and it was amazing. The building alone was something to behold. The staff were very friendly and helpful and who can go past an Eagles Concert!? It was a real blast from the past. We had an amazing night out and would recommend this venue to anyone thinking of going there! We will be back and will be taking friends and family with us.
Was amazing only two songswe didn't know but the rest we new them and sang along with the band
Good event, band was very good, sound was good. Seats were a bit tightly packed though.
Excellent show. If you closed your eyes you felt you were back listening to the real thing. Music and vocals authenticated perfectly. Great collection of songs allowing audiences to participate and reminisce. Really great show
Left at interval . Could not hear any of the words Assume just a poor sound system not the bans fault. Needed bit of dialogue between songs
