Children aged 5 and under will be granted General Admission access free of charge. A Children’s Ticket is required for children ages 6 to 16 years old. An Adult Ticket is required from age 17 and up. A person must have the appropriate form of concession to purchase a concession ticket. They must present the relevant concession documentation at point of purchase and upon entry to the ground. Patrons holding one of the following cards are eligible to purchase a ticket at the concession rate; Centrelink issued: Pensioner Concession Card (PCC)* Department of Veterans' Affairs card or Department of Veterans' Affairs issued Pensioner Concession Card* Full time secondary or tertiary student cards^ Centrelink issued: Health Care Card (HCC)*

Entry Conditions Security For security purposes, no bags larger than 15.24cm x 15.24cm will be permitted onto the golf course, including purses, chair bags, and camera cases. No food, coolers, ladders, signs banners, PDA’s, radios, televisions, firearms, explosive devices, or weapons of any kind, etc. will be permitted on the grounds. All phones/pagers must be on vibrate. NO cameras or camcorders are allowed during Tournament rounds. No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto or taken from the grounds of the Tournament. Access To The Course Spectators with a general admission ticket can move freely around the golf course, but ensure you stay outside the ropes. Controlled crossing points, which are clearly marked, must be used when crossing the fairways. Please follow the instructions of the marshals manning these crossing points. Re-Admission Re-admission to the course is available. Please ensure that you follow the re-admission process at the exit point. Autographs Autographs are not allowed on course during practice days or competition days. The event will have a designated ‘Autograph Zone’. Cameras and Photography You are able to bring your camera and take photos with no restriction on practice days. Point and shoot, film or DSLR cameras with a lens smaller than 15.24cm are permitted, with no case. During the tournament you are not permitted to take photos of the players while in a competition round. Mobile Phones • Devices must be on silent at all times; flash may not be used • Devices may be used to capture video, audio and photos (content) in all areas throughout tournament week • Content may be used for personal purposes (e.g., personal social media); no commercial use • No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage) • Data use (e.g., texting) is permitted in all areas throughout tournament week • Phone calls are allowed only in designated areas • Please be respectful of play and do not interfere with players, caddies or media • All posted signage and instructions from tournament staff must be observed • Failure to comply with this policy may result in the revocation of your ticket Catering Facilities There are many licensed catering facilities in The Village located at Sandringham Golf Club and on the course throughout Royal Melbourne. Scoreboards and Video Screens Scoreboards and video screens throughout the course will keep spectators fully informed of the latest action. Inclement Weather In the event of inclement weather, it may be necessary to evacuate the course and grandstands, please observe the instructions of the marshals. Please be reminded that under wet conditions, the ground may become slippery and appropriate footwear should be worn. Please no running. Spectators should wear sun protection and drink plenty of fluids in hot and sunny conditions. Mobile Phones Mobile phones can distract players and so the use of your phones will not be permitted on the course. Please ensure your phone is switched to silent at all times. Medical & First Aid Full medical and first aid facilities will be available in the Public Village and on course. Please see an official if medical aid is required. Official Program Programs will be available at the entry points during the Tournament.
