Open from an hour before the first performance/event until after the last performance/event has started.

Disabled access is available. Patrons with access needs please ensure you advise ticket staff when buying your ticket, and arrive to the venue at least 15 minutes before advertised start time For wheelchair access to Trades Hall, please meet a staff member at the Victoria Street entrance, where you will be escorted to the accessible entrance, including lift access to upper levels if required.

All patrons must hold a valid ticket for perfomances. No babes-in-arms admitted to performances. Some events require children under the age of 18 years to be accompanied by an adult.
