Screenings will be cancelled only if weather conditions present a danger at Fleet Steps at screening time. If a screening is cancelled after a film has commenced, but before the end of the film, Westpac OpenAir will endeavour to provide an avenue for patrons to complete their viewing experience through an alternate means. For example, the remainder of the film could be shared via a private link or passes to an in season screening may be provided. In the unlikely event that a screening is cancelled, information will be posted on the event website https://www.westpacopenair.com.au/,social media and the information hotline 1300 366 649 and ticket holders will be contacted directly to notify them of proceedings.
