Wet'n'Wild Water World is located next to Warner Bros. Movie World on the M1 Pacific Motorway, 20km north of Surfers Paradise and 50km south of Brisbane.

Free car parking is available at the front of the park. Reserved parking is also available for disabled guests adjacent to the main gate.

Wet'n'Wild Water World is open every day of the year except Christmas Day, 25 December. Restricted trading hours apply on ANZAC Day, Australia's National Day of Remembrance on 25 April, with the park opening at 1:30pm. The park opens at 10:00am every day and closing times vary throughout the year. 27 December - 25 January 9:00pm 26 January - 30 April 5:00pm * 1 May - 31 August 4:00pm 1 September - 26 December 5:00pm * * On Saturday nights - Dive'n'Movie nights - the movie screens at dusk and the park closes at the end of the movie.

Height restrictions apply to some of Wet'n'Wild Water World's slides and attractions. Guests need to be at least 120 cm tall to ride: Tornado; Mach 5 - Jetstreams and Mach 5 - Sidewinders however riders above 110 cm can ride with an adult. Guests need to be at least 110 cm tall to ride: Blackhole; Terror Canyon; Terror Canyon 2; Speed Coaster; Twister and Super 8 Aqua Racer. Guests need to be at least 100 cm tall to ride: Whirlpool and Mammoth Falls.

Conditions of entry: The following is not permitted into the park: glassware, sharp knives and implements, commercially prepared food, alcohol. Queensland's anti-smoking laws prohibit smoking within four metres of any entrance to a building or in children's play areas. We recommend the use of the designated smoking areas. Please check the Park Map for designated smoking areas. Eyewear is not permitted on any waterslide. For safety reasons, if you are unable to comply with correct riding procedures for any attraction, you will not be permitted to ride. This may include guests that have restricted movement due to a plaster cast. Consult the lifeguard at each attraction for further information. Lifeguards and attendants are not baby sitters. Please constantly supervise small children and non-swimmers at all times - KEEP WATCH.
