Australia's most popular theme parks, Dreamworld & Whitewater World, are located in South East Queensland at the northern end of the Gold Coast, on the Pacific Hwy (M1) at Coomera, 17kms (20mins) north of Surfers Paradise and 48kms (40mins) south of Brisbane. Car From Surfers Paradise, 20 mins From Smith Street at Southport, access the Pacific Highway and then take the Coomera Exit that includes Dreamworld signage (Exit 54). Then simply follow the signs to Dreamworld through a few roundabouts. From the Gold Coast Airport, 35 mins Turn left onto the Gold Coast Highway, which becomes the Pacific Highway and then take the Coomera Exit that includes Dreamworld signage (Exit 54). Then simply follow the signs to Dreamworld through a few roundabouts. From Brisbane City, 50 mins Starting at Elizabeth Street, turn right on Edward Street, bear right onto Alice Street which continues onto the Captain Cook Bridge and over the South East Freeway, which becomes the Pacific Motorway. From the Motorway, after driving approximately 30 minutes, take the Coomera Exit that includes Dreamworld signage (Exit 54). Then simply follow the signs to Dreamworld through a few roundabouts. From Brisbane Airport, 1 hour 10 mins Starting at Airport Drive, turn left onto The Gateway Motorway. This continues onto the South East Freeway (M1). From the Freeway, after driving approximately 30 minutes, take the Coomera Exit that includes Dreamworld signage (Exit 54). Then simply follow the signs to Dreamworld through a few roundabouts.

Public Transportation

BUS Dreamworld is an official bus stop for services between Brisbane and the Gold Coast and is well serviced by Surfside Buslines and tour coach companies. Surfside has four theme park services all stopping at Dreamworld - routes TX1, TX2, TX5 & 725. TRAIN Dreamworld is conveniently located near Coomera station, which is on the Gold Coast line between Brisbane and Robina. Surfside Buslines operate connecting bus services between Coomera station and Dreamworld (see bus services above).

Box Office Hours

WhiteWater World operating hours are currently 10:00am - 4:00pm. Open every day of the year, except Christmas Day and Anzac morning (25 April: Open 1pm - 5pm). Hours may be extended during Summer and frequently in Autumn and Spring, and during school holiday periods.

Box Office Collection Accepted

There are strictly no venue pick ups when booking through Ticketmaster. All tickets must be collected in advance.

Children Rules

We strongly recommend that all children under the age of 14 years be accompanied by an adult who shall be solely responsible for their care and conduct whilst on these premises. Royal Lifesaving Society recommends that children under the age of 10 be under the supervision of a person 16 years or older at all times. Toddlers must be wearing waterproof nappies at all times.

Miscellaneous

What do I need to bring? You’ll need to bring your swimwear, towel, hat and sunscreen. If there’s anything you do forget, WhiteWater World’s Beyond the Beach shop stocks all the essentials, as well as the very latest in swimwear and surf gear! If you’re visiting with children, it’s a great idea to supply each child with your mobile number and set up a familiar meeting place in case you get separated in park. Toddlers must be wearing waterproof nappies at all times. What is the clothing policy? Comfortable and sensible swimwear on the rides and any comfortable wear in park. Guests can not ride in clothing that has sharp objects.eg belt buckle or footwear for safety reasons. WhiteWater World is a family friendly attraction and as such appropriate swimwear is permitted. Can we hire a stroller/wheelchair? Strollers and wheelchairs are available for hire at the WhiteWater World Guest Services Office right next to Front Entry. You’ll be required to present your drivers license or some other form of identification upon hire. Can we bring our own food & drinks in the park? Guests are welcome to bring picnics and home packed lunches into WhiteWater World however, commercially prepared food is not permitted. Alcohol can not be brought into the park. For safety reasons, glassware is strictly prohibited.
