WICKED is recommended for ages 8 years and up.
All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied and sat next to the accompanying adult.
All persons, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket. Patrons under 2 years of age are admitted free and must remain on the lap of a parent/guardian. Babes in arms tickets are available from the box office on the day of the performance.
Please note that the production contains loud noises, flashing lights, smoke effects and strobe lighting.

Groups prices apply for 12+ people on selected WICKED performances.

When you attend your performance of WICKED, you may be unable to see the entire performance from the specified seat. Some elements of the production may be obstructed due to the position of the seat on the extreme sides of the auditorium.

Wheelchair and attendant seating can be purchased online, wheelchair suitable areas are indicated on the interactive map with the use of the wheelchair symbol.
Patrons that require companion card or have other accessible requirements can follow the steps here. Companion cards tickets are only available for collection from the box office and will be issued upon presentation of the valid companion card. Companion cards must be identified at time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Patrons may also purchase accessible seating in person at the Crown Box Office, which is open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

Tickets can be exchanged up to a minimum of 7 days prior to your scheduled performance date subject to the Terms and Conditions below.

Tickets may only be exchanged for performances within the same venue and season.
Exchanges must be made no later than 7 days prior to the start time of your original ticketed performance.
Only 1 exchange per event will be allowed.
A per ticket exchange fee of $10.00 applies to a maximum of $30.00 per exchange transaction.
Tickets may be exchanged for any other single performance on sale at time of exchange, subject to seat availability, blackout dates, sold-out performances and other restrictions. Exchanges may not be made for the same performance.
Exchanges will only be made for tickets purchased through the authorised ticket seller for the venue. Tickets purchased via third party providers are subject to their exchange policies, we recommend contacting them directly.
Exchanges will be valued at the original face value of the ticket purchased. Additional payments may apply if choosing a performance or price level that costs more than the original ticket value, or if original ticket value was from an originally discounted ticket into a performance with no discounts available.
New special offers may not be applied to exchanged tickets.
Exchanges may not be made to reduce the total number of tickets originally purchased.

Upon exchange, original tickets will be voided and will not allow access into the performance. Customers must present newly issued tickets for entry into the performance.
Complimentary tickets and resold tickets are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds will be not permitted for arriving late or missing the show due to changes in personal circumstances.
Ticket insurance is available to customers at time of purchase.

Patrons arriving late to their performance of WICKED will not be admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers may not be seated in their ticketed seat, but in an alternate area nearer an entrance where minimal disruption will be caused to seated attendees. This is at the discretion of the venue staff.
Photography, video and sound recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited during the performance of WICKED.
The producers cannot guarantee the appearance of any particular artist at any performance of WICKED. No refunds or exchanges will be offered as a result of an artist’s unavailability to perform at any performance.
I watched it once for a Christmas present and then loved it so much that I went back and watched it again. Sheridan Adams and Courtney monsma are just simple so skilled and talented people. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Second time watching this show while in Perth. I enjoyed it more so second time around too. Fabulous production and all performers on stage excelled. Loved it and can't wait for it to return to Perth 🧙♀️💚
Was an awesome show would go back and watch it again
I enjoyed Wicked. The set, costumes, lighting, special effects, and music were all great. The only problem was that the music was often so loud I couldn't make out the words of the songs. Using Ticketmaster was great; the system is simple to use and fast, and the follow up communications and delivery of tickets made the whole process easy.
Fabulous show at Crown Casino Perth. Great casting and sets and costumes were amazing. Loved every minute of this show.
Was a great show my daughter really wanted to see Wicked so i brought the tickets for her 8th Birthday she loved Wicked and was right into the show we also had great seats on the day its a real shame that the merchandise is well overpriced the key-rings are not the best of quality. There is no reason to have the prices sky high on items I see a lots of events at Crown Theatre and always merchandise is well over priced
Amazing ‼️Sets, Costumes, Orchestra and Voices working together to create a tale full of jaw dropping delights, laughter and memorable explosions which brought the audience to its feet clapping their hands off. See it once, see it twice Wicked never fails to delight.
What a fantastic night's entertainment, the performances were first class we were absolutely enthralled by the whole show and hat's off to all the performers.
Amazing production & a fantastic experience - it is a must see and most enjoyable experience
