What a great night , except for storm delay that was a farce ! The seats were great , atmosphere amazing I love seeing families and young kids getting so much out of the game. I really feel it’s a great evening out. I only think the price of food etc is too much and not enough healthy options ! But in saying that it’s a great venue you are close to the game and so much fun

8th January 2025 game Thunder against Hurrucanes. Game cancelled due to rain. Fair enough there can't be anything done about the rain but they were never going to play did to the weather so why not call it earlier than 8.30pm! Wasted so much time and money getting trains and light rail to Engie Stadium. If they cancelled the game earlier we could have organised something else to do while in Sydney from Newcastle. The weather was horrendous and if they would have only checked the radar and cancelled it at say 3.30pm a lot of people would not have had to trek to the stadium for nothing! Felt so sorry for everyone with little kids! So disappointing :(
