Pickup
If you select this option you can collect your tickets from any Ticketmaster outlet, 24 hours after booking or on the event day from the box office. Please be aware that Adelaide Outlets (with the exception of the AFL Store on King William Street) can only print tickets for AAMI Stadium. Please refer to the venue information for box office operating hours. Tickets are usually available from at least 1 hour prior to the event commencement time.
PLEASE NOTE: All Venue Pickup tickets must be collected and personally signed for by the credit card holder who is the only person authorised to collect tickets. For identification purposes the credit card holder must present personal ID, the credit card which was used when purchasing the tickets and the account confirmation number.
Western Australia
For AFL in Western Australia, tickets can be collected on match day from any gate at Subiaco Oval, half an hour before gate opening time. For Events at the WACA, the Venue Pickup option is only available from 7 days prior to the event.
