There are many ways to get to the event in its beautiful North Head location. We would like to remind guests to consider the local residents, and particularly wildlife that live in the area. There is limited pre-booked parking available however, where possible we really encourage people to use our shuttle bus service, or walk. Shuttle Service Once guests arrive in Manly, Night at The Barracks have a dedicated shuttle that must be pre-booked in advance. on a first come first serve basis in addition to your event ticket. See the event website for more information on how to book. The shuttle bus stop is located at Manly Wharf, Belgrave St, Stand E-G.
Evening fees Entry 7pm to 11.59pm Flat fee $5.50. If your vehicle remains in the parking station after 12am a $5.50 overnight surcharge will apply + next day fee (first 2 hours free + hours to the time of exit). Evening fees are not available to vehicles entering during daytime hours. Daytime fees Entry 6.30am - 6.59pm Carparks operate with license plate recognition. Re entering or visiting another Northern Beaches Council carpark within 3 hours of exiting will incur fees starting at the 2 to 2.5 hourly rate. All seats are accessible. We welcome all attendees and are happy to ensure accessibility wherever possible. Section 14 and 15 have the least amount of steps
What you CAN bring in ID; this is an all ages event however you must present your ID when asked to validate age (acceptable forms of identification are DRIVERS LICENCE, PASSPORT, AUSTRALIA POST KEYPASS and PROOF OF AGE CARD. This is in accordance with liquor licensing laws). If you have any medication please ensure it is clearly labelled with prescription details. Money and/or bankcard. ATMs will NOT be present on site. A copy of your festival ticket (Can be digital or printed). The concert is set outdoors, so sun protection for afternoon shows, (hat and sunscreen) is recommended. Likewise for evening shows we suggest warm clothing is a good idea as the sun drops. If it looks like rain, bring along wet weather gear, ponchos will be available for sale if you forget your wet weather gear. (NO UMBRELLAS can be used whilst in your seat, but are ok when standing around the venue). Strollers/Prams and wheelchairs are permitted. Mobile phones are permitted however please be respectful of other guests and try to live in the moment of the performances. Umbrellas are permitted inside, however can NOT be used whilst in your seat.
Night at the Barracks is an All Ages event and tickets start from $79. Check out the ticket options. Children aged 3 and under will be able to attend for free with any ticket holding adult, however they must not occupy a seat. We have 4 person family ticket options (2 Adults 2 children or 1 Adult 3 Children) which offer a discount however there is no reduced cost individual child ticket.
What you CANNOT bring in Any bags or backpacks over 40x40cm, pets (excluding service animals), director chairs, umbrellas, selfie sticks, an esky, glass, alcohol or drugs, weapons (including pocket knives), fireworks and anything flammable or deemed dangerous. Patrons found with these items will have them confiscated on entry. Food and Beverages will not be allowed to be brought into the precinct. We have a variety of local suppliers on site who will be selling food and drink throughout the duration of the evening. Professional camera equipment will be held for the duration of the event. Due to our venue being within a National Park precinct, smoking and vaping is not permitted on site.
