Ticketmaster Platinum offers fans in demand tickets for an event direct from the artist. Platinum Tickets enable market-based pricing (adjusting prices according to supply and demand) for live event tickets. The goal is to give fans fair and safe access to in demand tickets, while enabling artists and other people involved in staging live events to price tickets closer to their true value.

Look out for the ‘Platinum Tickets’ price when selecting your tickets to gain access to some of the most in demand areas and views in the house.

What is a Collector Ticket?

A collector tickets is a souvenir, 3D style ticket which admits the holder to the event and serves as a treasured keepsake to be kept well after the event.

Collector tickets are only made available for selected events and can be purchased through the normal purchase processes - just be sure to select a "Collector Ticket" specifically when choosing your ticket type.

Collector tickets can only be delivered to fans via mail, and cannot be sent as Print-at-Home or E-Tickets, or collected from outlets or the venue.

*Collector’s tickets are not eligible for General Admission entry. Collector Tickets are not available to those without a valid Australian address. You must provide an Australian postal address to receive Collector Tickets.
The exception to this is the VIP Party Experience which can be collected from the Venue on event day.
