Fantastic way to watch the game and meet the players in person
Day started with lunch at Marvel's Amphora Restaurant. A great venue but menu had too many curry options and spoilt the Barramundi. Dockers we're superb and their win well worth the effort by us to fly across from Perth.
Loved my game day experience . Freo fan and loved the result. Kudos to Bulldog fans for staying classy even though their team got rolled
I love seeing football at Marvel. The viewing and amenities are good. I travel 200kms each way for home games and stay overnight in a Spencer Street hotel most weeks. I now have bad arthritis and find the walk across the Bourke Street Bridge to Gate 5 increasingly difficult and wonder why there are no "golf carts"as there are at the MCG from Jolimont station to the G helping people like me who walk with a stick or other aids. After the walk over and back again at the end of the game, I find that I am recovering for about 4 days afterwards. Also once in the stadium the steps down to the seating (Level1) is very steep with no hand holds to help. Some of those arched tubular metal supports at the ends of the rows would be good. I fear that I will be unable to come to the footy soon because of these problems. Such a shame - I love it!
I love going to Marvel to watch the dogs play footy, it's just a great venue to watch a great game. I just dont understand why we were given seat amongst the opposition's supporters/members, rather than being around our own members. We are members and expext to be amongst our own members.
We sat in row G on level one. I spent most of the time watching the screens to view the game. The other side of the field is very difficult to follow the ball. Also the constant LED lighting on the fence and balconies tha rotates and changes advertising mmade identifying players almost impossible. Can you see an Adelaide Crows player against a Mars or Maccas advertisement? NO. Conversely the Bulldogs became difficult to see when the background was royal blue. Staying at home and watching the Tv next game.
Mostly good. Car park access security staff all worked well. Why has the lift at gate 8 been out of action for so long ? Will it be fixed this season ?
Great to see the boys return to form. Bulldogs need to improve on pre entertainment. Didn't feel any pre game excitement
Easy access, good atmosphere enjoyed the game. Stayed at Docklands so easy walk. Trams close by
The food/dining experience was AMAZING! Our seats were perfect, and super comfortable. I'd highly recommend this dining experience to everyone!
